TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AGREEMENT
I certify that my film or documentary is a Ontario Canada premiere and will remain so until the Toronto Beaches Film Festival concludes its Season Launch.
If my film is selected I agree to communicate and confirm emails upon receipt. I understand that after 3 emails from Toronto Beaches Film Festival, if they receive no confirmation from me, my film is subject to being pulled from the final selection.
If my film is selected I will NOT copy or forward any emails and/or instructions given to me from Toronto Beaches Film Festival to a 3rd party without first requesting permission via email and receiving said permission to do so directly from Toronto Beaches Film Festival.
If Toronto Beaches Film Festival discovers I have forwarded and copied emails from them to a 3rd party, I understand and accept my film will be immediately pulled from consideration. NO Exceptions
If my film is selected I will IMMEDIATELY begin my promotion campaign regarding my “Official Selection” and when known, my screening day, date and time.
I understand that I am not being asked to spend money that I may not have on promotion which is different that promoting my film.
I understand and accept that my role is not to just submit a film but to work together with Toronto Beaches Film Festival and zealously promote my own screening.
I understand and accept I can promote my film in any media (that is available to me and does not compromise my budget for promotion) such as Radio, TV, Print, The Internet, Trailers, YouTube, FaceBook, Twitter and any and all means via the Internet such as blogs and communities available to me locally, in Toronto and around the world.
I understand that Toronto Beaches Film Festival has a PR Team that can help me write Press Releases as well as furnish me with ideas for promoting my film in Toronto at NO COST to me, and as a courtesy from Toronto Beaches Film Festival.
I understand and accept that I am expected to send confirmations of my promotion activities to the Toronto Beaches Film Festival PR Captain for their log. If they receive no promotional activity updates from me, my film is subject to being pulled from the final selection.
If my film is selected and if I have not done so already, I will submit additional support materials [if requested], clean exhibition media and signed releases no later than 8 weeks prior to the Toronto Beaches Film Festival. I understand that I MUST HAVE ALL CLEARANCES AND RIGHTS IN WRITING FOR ALL PEOPLE, MUSIC AND IMAGES in my film or documentary
If my film is been selected and if I have not done so already, I will submit additional signed releases regarding your use of 3rd party copyright material no later than 8 weeks prior to the Toronto Beaches Film Festival.
In the alternative, you will be provided with our standard release voiding us of any responsibility with respect to the Exhibition of your project should it contain 3rd party copyright material unknown to any and all parties connected to the Toronto Beaches Film Festival.

We will be entering the beaches film festival, 2012.
Award Winning “If I Should Fall”, a feature length doc story of the Afghan war, based on life and death of Trooper Marc Diab of Mississauga, KIA, March 8th, 2009,
Shah Wali Kot District, Afghanistan.
In April 2011, won Award of Excellence @ Canada International Film Festival, Vancouver. Chosen to screen at the Beirut International Film Festival. Hamilton Int. Film Festival (2011), Silver Screen Film Festival - Fredericton (2011) and Brantford Film Festival (2011)

Fyi, I grew up in Scarborough. Went to Neil McNeil in the upper beaches. Was a Kew beach life guard, 1979. Beaches has been big part of my life. This would be coming home for sure. Thanks, Paul
